MedixFinder complies with applicable healthcare and civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, religion, or sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, and gender identity) in any of its public healthcare discovery tools or platform services.
Equal Access to Essential Healthcare
MedixFinder does not exclude people or treat them differently because of race, color, national origin, age, disability, religion, or sex. We provide free access to medicine price comparisons, pharmacy stock status, and medical professional bookings to all residents of Botswana equally, regardless of geographic location or medical aid status.
Language and Communication Aids
To ensure effective communication with all users, MedixFinder supports multi-lingual interfaces including English and Setswana, and offers digital telehealth assistance for patients with auditory or visual impairments.
Filing a Grievance
If you believe that MedixFinder has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, religion, or sex, you can file a grievance with our administrative team:
